Asset Controlling

The area of asset controlling consists of recording and consolidation of large private asset holdings. Our clients have at their disposal quarterly reviews (or upon request) of their asset portfolio's performance. This includes detailing performance levels on stocks, bonds, real estate, Private Equity Funds and comparing those levels with those of the prevailing market prices and indexes.

In addition to this, our asset controlling division makes it possible for our clients to chart the success of their investments. For example: bench marking security investments against personal objectives. The computation of asset performance after taxation is standard.

At the same time, legal and tax structuring of business transactions remain our main focus. As a result of German tax reform and the resulting tax-exempt status for corporate sellers, high share yields can be expected.
