StB Dr. Matthias Buschhaus, M.A., completed his studies as a Diplom-Finanzwirt (FH) in 2017. From 2017 to 2020, he completed his Master of Arts (M.A.) at Aalen University. He is currently a PhD student at the University of Finance and Administration in Prague.
In 2021, Dr. Matthias Buschhaus successfully passed the tax consultant exam and was subsequently appointed as a tax consultant by the Düsseldorf Chamber of Tax Consultants. After three years of professional experience at one of the Big 4 companies in Düsseldorf (focus: M&A / corporate transactions), Dr. Matthias Buschhaus has been working for LOHR + COMPANY GmbH since 2021.
Dr. Matthias Buschhaus mainly advises clients in the areas of international tax law, taxation of private clients as well as corporations and partnerships and tax procedural law (in particular tax court proceedings). In addition, Dr. Matthias Buschhaus is head of training and, from July 2024, one of the team leaders in the tax department at LOHR + COMPANY GmbH.
