Savills brokers 2,200 m² in Sky Office in Düsseldorf

Auditing firm to move into around 2,200 m² in Sky Office at Kennedydamm 24

The auditing firm LOHR + COMPANY is expected to move into around 2,200 m² in Sky Office at Kennedydamm 24 in mid-2026. Founded in 2001, the company has another location in Vienna and will be moving from Rochusstraße in Düsseldorf. LOHR + COMPANY will be located on the tenth and eleventh floors of Sky Office. The 89-metre-high property has a total area of around 30,500 m². Savills advised the tenant on the lease as part of an exclusive mandate.

The new location is a clear commitment to further growth and the long-term development of our company.
